Scrapbooking Saturday
Though I made three cards to send to the Tulsa store. I spent the majority of my Saturday scrapbooking. I worked on my parents wedding album, but also did a page in my husbands book.
The layout above is the layout on my husbands 25th birthday. It was the first birthday we were together for. I made him the tye dye shirt he is wearing. On the night of his birthday we went to the Iguana Cafe for a poetry reading. It was also the first time I read my poetry out loud. I made this layout for one of the July Challenges on Scrapjazz. We had to use circles and at least one border and a neutral background.
The above layout is the layout I did on Nicole walking down the aisle. I hardly ever use a patterned paper as a background paper, but I really liked the design. The man walking her is her nephew Eric.
The above layout was the double pager on the ceremony. I hardly ever do two pagers but I really liked how this one turned out. This particular book will have several two pagers so I am glad I am getting the practice and the challenge. Thanks for looking!
